Rio Linda Junior Knights

Shaping the Youth of the community one season at a time.

 

We are a non-profit youth tackle football and cheer program within the Sacramento Youth Football (SYF) organization that actively develops young athletes between the ages of 5 and 14 (8th grade).  We are not directly associated with Rio Linda High School or Twin Rivers School District, but we do act as a feeder to their Football and Cheer programs.

 

While winning is always a welcome treat, it is not our priority.  Ensuring our participants are taught the fundamentals, good sportsmanship, coach-ability, and safety is of the utmost importance to our Board Members and Coaches.  Our ultimate goal is to make sure that the youth in our community come together in a safe way to have fun and learn a sport that they will love for years to come.
