Practice Starts Today!

The beginning of the season is upon us, and we hope you're as excited as we are!

Practice begins today, July 13th and will be held Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the auxiliary softball fields at Rio Linda High School (the fields located near the pool). Please make sure you arrive on time to pick up your child at the end of practice.

Please make sure your child brings a large water bottle to every practice, as water will not be provided.

Required Physicals:

To participate in practice, every athlete must have a current sports physical, dated after April 1, 2026, on file. If your child does not have a current physical on file, please do not bring them to practice until one has been submitted.

Football Players, please arrive wearing:

T-shirt

Athletic shorts

Helmet only

If your child experienced any issues with their equipment during fitting, or still needs to be fitted for equipment, please have them see Coach Tate before practice begins.

We're looking forward to a great season and can't wait to see everyone on the field!
